The Repat Health Precinct provides a range of health and wellbeing services. There is a focus on improving the quality of life, health, and wellbeing that delivers on the needs of the community who have complex needs, including but not limited to mental illness, rehabilitation, and dementia
(Specialist Advanced Dementia Unit)
SADU is a 12 bed Specialist Advanced Dementia Unit. Volunteers will provide emotional support and practical assistance for patients. Support involves engaging patients in social interaction and supporting diversional activities.
Time: Monday – Friday

Ward 6 (Geriatric Evaluation & Management)
To provide a supportive service for elderly patients with various levels of dementia by being willing to listen, chat or offer various stimulating activities particularly for long stay patients and those without family or friends.
Time: Monday – Friday
9.30am – 1.30pm / 1.30pm – 4.30pm
Radiology
Offer comfort to patients waiting for procedures and generally provide support and companionship.

Veteran Wellbeing Centre
The Repat Veteran Wellbeing Centre focusses on delivering services to assist veterans’ transitioning to, and successfully managing civilian life. Services include accredited veteran wellbeing and compensation advocacy services, mental health assessment and counselling, and health and wellbeing programs that focus on physical health and living well; mental health and wellbeing; education, skills and employment; and social support and connection.
The Volunteer Service also supports the Repat Museum and The Jamie Larcombe Centre.
