The definition of ENERGY “the strength and vitality required for sustained physical or mental activity”. A volunteer’s strength is what is given, it may be directing, guiding, sharing, talking, doing, creating – it does not necessarily mean being physical. 

Knowledge and understanding that something is happening or exists. So, this is part of working in a team, listening, knowing understanding, accepting.
